Embark on an urban and artistic journey through Douala, exploring public artworks created as part of the SUD (Salon Urbain de Douala) program initiated by doual’art.
During this guided tour—on foot or by vehicle—you’ll explore key neighborhoods such as Akwa, Bonanjo, Deido, and Bonamouti, discovering a city in constant dialogue with its artists.
You’ll encounter monumental sculptures, contemporary installations, murals, and other urban interventions designed by both local and international artists. Each piece tells a story—about the neighborhood, its people, their memories, and their struggles.
This unique experience blends art, history, society, and urbanism, offering a fresh perspective on Douala as a vibrant, ever-evolving city. It’s the perfect activity for art lovers, curious minds, travelers, or locals eager to rediscover their city through a new lens.

My experience was both enriching and inspiring. The tour was well-organized, informative, and engaging. I appreciated the knowledgeable guides, the cultural immersion, and the opportunity to learn about Cameroon’s historical and artistic heritage in a very practical way. The agency’s efforts to promote local tourism and preserve historical memory are truly recommendable. I would highly recommend this experience to both locals and international visitors.
