Overview

Located in the heart of the city, behind the presidential tribune of the Place du 20 Mai, our museum is a real tourist attraction. It was born in March 1998 from the commitment of its founding president, Her Majesty Ngo Nab I NANA Agnès Sunjio, through her deep desire to save what remains of the artistic heritage in Cameroon. It contains a collection of works of art referring to Cameroonian tribal art and brings together a majority of objects from the Fang Beti and Grass Fields ethnic groups. A guided tour of our museum is an opportunity for you to discover costumes, art objects, paintings, sculptures and masks dating back more than 300 years, each with a particular history.

Très très riche en pièces d’art et d’explications! Au sortir de là! Une riche compréhension de l’art de l’Ouest et du Nord-Ouest! Malheureusement modestement mis en valeur! Merci à la promotrice pour son amour et préservation de l’art!
Ps: prise de photos à admettre afin de populariser la richesse du musée.
