Group classes can be terrific for beginners to yoga who feel a little uncomfortable or intimidated by bigger classes.

With this private Hatha or Restorative YOGA lesson, you will have the ability to focus on your personal goals and let me plan your lessons and tailor them to your needs. It could be you wanting to target a specific area of the body, or working towards a series of poses that you find particularly challenging. It’s up to you to decide what you would like to dive into in your private sessions in order to get the most out of them.

No, you can have the classes at your hotel or somewhere that is comfortable enough to practice yoga. The place chosen by you should equally be safe and accessible by the instructor.

At the moment, I can only do private classes in Douala city. If you are a group and you wish to organize a custom trip, you can contact me for a customized session out of the city of Douala.
