Les Cauris is a center for education and cultural development. It is a place of convergence between African arts and education. This interdisciplinary structure opened its doors in Douala in 2013. It is also an association whose double objective is to perpetuate traditional dances and to safeguard percussion instruments by working with women, adolescents and children.
In the context of globalization, Les Cauris proposes to make African arts a motor of social cohesion while awakening the cultural identity of each person.
