Très bonne expérience. Les chutes sont magnifiques et le cadre est vraiment beau. Par contre l’ambiance du groupe était un peu mort au départ mais sinon dans l’ensemble c’était agéable.

Excursion to Manoka Island
We waitied over an hour before departure for 1 person that was very late and no communcation beatween the late comer and the guide. I would suggest informing the client that should him or her be running late that they make an immidiate call so all the rest of the members know if to wait for a short time or leave. i would not expect the crew to wait for me longer than 15 minutes.

The expierinece was amazing and my collegues will sure do it again. The only major downfall is the juice, water and beer was served at a very hot temperature, next time please organise ice to serve very cold.

Maybe some sandwiches as snacks or snacks in general as some of us dont eat fish.

On a positive note it was very very nice.
games, people, crew, locals, site seeing made it all very worthwhile.

Toutes nos excuses pour les quelques désagréments. Effectivement nous avons communiqué aux autres participants le retard de l’un d’entre vous au point de demander l’accorddu groupe de l’attendre, tout comme nous avons questionné avant le départ si le menu ne dérangeait personne. Notre erreur a été de ne pas traduire en Anglais afin d’être compris par tous.
Nous avons également mis des boissons fraîches à disposition tout comme certaines non réfrigérées, nous serons plus attentif à ce que chacun en soit clairement informé.
Merci de votre retour qui nous aide à ameliorer nos services, nous sommes ravi que vous ayez aimé et nous nous réjouissons de vous revoir.
