What you should expect

8 a.m : Welcoming of pilgrims at the chiefdom market square

We will welcome the pilgrims in the market square of the chieftaincy, where they will be blessed during a special ritual.

8:30 a.m : Crossing the sacred forest

We will cross the sacred forest accompanied by Wouolah (the guardian of the place), who will guide us through its mysteries and wonders.

8:45 a.m : Welcome in the palace courtyard

Vous serez accueillis dans la cour du palais par le Meutcheufo, qui nous racontera l'histoire et les traditions de ce lieu emblématique.

9 a.m : Guided tour of the palace

We will take a guided tour of the palace, where we will discover its magnificent rooms and hidden treasures, up to the limit of access.

9:30 a.m : Guided tour of the Museum of Civilizations

We will continue with a guided tour of the Museum of Civilizations, where we will delve into the history and cultural richness of the region.

10 a.m : Royal lunch accompanied by raffia wine

We will have the privilege of savoring a royal lunch, accompanied by palm wine, produced directly from the royal vineyards.

10:45 a.m : Installation of pilgrims in the Maffo Mpoda room

The pilgrims will be accommodated in the Maffo Mpoda hall, where they can rest and prepare for the audience with the Fôo, who will be accompanied by his court.

11 a.m : Conversation with His Majesty Sokoudjou

We will have an audience with His Majesty Sokoudjou, a living monument who will share his wisdom with us. This conference will last approximately 2.5 hours.

1:30 p.m : Mussengouong dance exhibition

We will attend an exhibition of Mussengouong dance, performed by the royal guard. This performance will transport us into the magical and vibrant world of traditional dance.

2 p.m : Personal photo session with the Fôo and jujube gift

You will have the opportunity to take personal photos with the Fôo, and you will receive a jujube as a souvenir, a symbol of happiness and prosperity.

3 p.m : Buffet and Royal Taro accompanied by Fôo

We will savor a delicious buffet and royal taro, a traditional dish of the region, accompanied by Fôo.

4 p.m : Farewell and accompaniment ritual

Finally, we will witness a farewell and escorting ritual performed by the royal mugouo, concluding this day filled with discoveries and emotions.
