The driver will pick you up at your residence or at the departing point in Edea to take you to the sanctuary in Mouanko.
The chimpanzee sanctuary of pongo songo is located in the heart of the Douala-Edea natural park. You can visit it and admire chimpanzees up close, rehabilitated in freedom and protected islands. Unfortunately for safety, security and health reasons, direct contact with the primates is no longer accepted. This activity gives you only access to the reserve to visit the protected chimpanzees. By booking this activity, you should be able to get to the departure point on time by your own means. Visits are possible on saturdays and sundays only.
