The main goal of the Douala Maritime Museum is to display artworks that trace the maritime history of Cameroon. Built on an area of 600 m² with 400 m² of exhibition space spread across three floors, it is an architectural gem that houses a significant collection of objects and artifacts related to the maritime history of the city. During your visit, you will discover exciting exhibitions about navigation, fishing, trade, and sea voyages. You will also learn about the various cultures and communities that have contributed to the maritime wealth of the region.
