Embark on a canoe trip along the Dja River and discover the pristine natural landscapes of Mintom, in southern Cameroon. Over approximately 1.5 hours, you will gently paddle upstream or downstream along the river, near the border with the Republic of the Congo.
Accompanied by a local guide, you will navigate through a remarkable environment of dense rainforest, lush tropical vegetation, and abundant wildlife. In the morning or towards the end of the day, you may be lucky enough to spot monkeys, sitatunga antelopes, and other animals coming to the water’s edge to drink. Wildlife sightings are entirely natural and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
