Mbong Village is a small rural community located in the Ebolowa region of Cameroon. Mbong Village is also home to several sacred caves, including the Cave of Ancestors, which is believed to be the home of the ancestors. Really enriching experience, loved everything about the hike in the forest to discover the caves bulu people used as refuge during their war with the Germans. The local chief really has a good mastery of natural plants and nature.
